OUR PRODUCT SERVICE
When you purchase a Lighten Up Candle Co.product, certain information will need to be collected from you. This will include identification such as your name, email and address. None of this information shall be shared with any third party and is strictly used to provide you will a successful service. Order completion will only commence once payment via paypal has been made and confirmed. Any person may be refused service for any reason, at any time. Lighten Up Candle Co. also reserve the right to cancel any order placed, without reason or consequence, at any time. You will be informed if there is a cancellation or if there are any delays to your order.
CHANGES TO THE WEBSITE
Website changes may be made to products and prices at any given time. These changes will apply immediately once they have been published.
DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
Lighten Up Candle Co. products are designed and handmade with love to order, therefore it can take a few days before your order is ready to ship. In saying that we promise to create and post your custom designed product as quickly as possible once your payment has been cleared.
Estimated delivery within Australia will be between 4-6 business days after items have been posted and International orders will be delivered between 5-17 days after posting.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Claims by buyer for damaged goods, shortages or errors in delivery must be made within seven (7) days after the delivery of the goods. Lighten Up Candle Co. cannot not be held accountable for items being damaged or lost in transit. When contacting us please include all relevant information regarding your original order including a photograph of the full damage or error on the item. Once this product has been assessed, we will reply with the decision of outcome. If a replacement item is necessary it will be produced and shipped out as soon as possible. In the even that a refund will be given, this will exclude the cost of delivery. No goods shall be returned for credit without first obtaining written consent from seller.
Products that have been personalised for you may take 7 business days before dispatch. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. There is a strict no cancellation policy once orders have been submitted and buyers will be subject to payment due to the nature of the handmade product.
